Requirements:

Minimum Diploma 3 in any major
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Having Certification of Customs Expert (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) issued by the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK)
Fluent in English both oral and written
Required Knowledge and Skill(s): logistic/freight forwarding, customs/export-import (preferably have custom certificate / Sertifikat Uji Ahli Kepabeanan), custom formalities in Batam, CEISA system, filing system, communication (with customer, vendor, trucking, depo, warehouse), computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, target orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, coordination, work efficiently, negotiation

Responsibilities:

Ensuring end to end process of custom’s documents are well arranged
Monitoring end to end process of custom’s documents
Coordinating with customer regarding completion of Custom’s documents
Building and maintaining relationship with customers and/or related Parties.
Managing operational cost efficiency
Updating the most recent Custom’s or other institution’s regulations related to daily operational activities
Preparing daily report to direct superior and/or customers
General support to Company’s project and program
Problem settlement in logistic-operational activities
