Homemade Sushi Recipes | Sushi is a typical Japanese food from rice rolled with a side dish, either in the form of meat, seafood, or vegetables.
The taste of rice in sushi is slightly sour and savory. Authentic Japanese sushi is synonymous with a blend of raw fish meat and other raw ingredients. However, most of the sushi in Indonesia is made from cooked ingredients.
Home-style Sushi Stuffing
- Chicken 200 grams
- Carrot Kyuri (Japanese cucumber)

Rice Ingredients

How to Process
- Cut the carrots and cucumbers lengthwise
- Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cooking vinegar, 100 ml water, then soak
